Meet dr. Foulk

Dr. Corey Foulk was raised in Reno and is thrilled to return to his hometown as an orthodontist, serving the community that helped shape him. A family man, music man, and mountain man at heart, Dr. Foulk centers his life around family. He and his wife, Chelsy, have been married for over a decade and share three energetic children—Coleman, Mae, and Sam. Chelsy’s dedication as both a full-time nurse and a loving mother has been a constant source of support throughout their journey together. The Foulks are excited to be back near their extended family and the familiar landscapes of Reno.

Music has always been one of Dr. Foulk’s passions. A lifelong drummer and self-taught guitarist, he enjoys following bands, discovering new albums, and immersing himself in the rhythm of music. Beyond the music scene, Dr. Foulk feels most at home in the mountains—whether snowboarding, mountain biking, boating, or camping around Lake Tahoe. He looks forward to sharing these outdoor adventures with his family once again.

While his time in Las Vegas for school introduced him to new hobbies like golf and off-roading, returning to Reno is much more than a homecoming—it’s an opportunity to reconnect with his roots and give back to the community that inspired his journey.
