Wow! I was blown away from my first phone call to schedule my consultation and I was not let down today. The second I walked in the door, I knew I made the right choice with Leland Orthodontics! My daughter started treatment in this office a year ago. Our experience has always been amazing. It’s a great atmosphere and Dr Leland and his staff are very professional and kind. Oh my goodness this experience with Leland Orthodontics has been fanominal! They are always so very helpful and interactive with the kids. I honestly don't remember it being like this when I first had braces a long time ago. My 8 year old daughter just got her braces off and they had a braces off party🥳 the girls in the office did an amazing job decorating and dressing up. Just making it a above and beyond fun experience for kids!!

WORTH EVERY PENNY!!This is the most efficient medical/dental office I have ever encountered- and I am an efficiency expert! But, let’s be honest, efficiency isn’t everything. Quality also matters. Never fear, they feel the same way at Leland. They put quality of care and patient experience first. And I can tell you that for sure because I had one less than ideal experience with a new employee and they responded immediately in a way that was considerate and caring for both me AND the new employee, which says everything about where their heart is.Dr. Leland leads the way, and he invests and develops his employees. Katie, who is the lead tech very much does the same. They are constantly focused on improvements and take feedback seriously while also treating everyone with kindness and care. I can’t say enough good things about them and what they are doing there. It is very rare to see that level of performance, effort, and care anywhere, much less in a medical/dental office.As a patient how often can you say that you didn’t have to waste any extra time in a provider’s office waiting? I’m not sure if other orthodontists are less expensive from a pure $ perspective, but even if they were, if you factor time spent + $, I doubt they could compete, and that’s even before you consider the factors of quality and care.

I am very grateful for Dr. Leland and his amazing staff. I have finished my braces treatment and I am extremely happy with my results. They generously helped me navigate with other dental issues I was having at the end of treatment that were not related to my braces. Once again the whole team went out of their way to help me. I have had a unique experience being a dentist that refers patients to Leland Orthodontics. My patients love their experience here, and I see first hand that the treatment is absolute quality. My son is now doing orthodontics with them as well. He has enjoyed his experience way more than even I expected. This place is awesome. From a dental perspective, they do a great job with emphasizing oral health, and improving nasal breathing. From a dad perspective they have gone above and beyond helping my son to feel comfortable, and to enjoy his experience.

Dr. Leland and his staff are wonderful! We have had a great experience with our child at this office. I love that they can accommodate our schedule easily and they they are always happy to help with emergencies like broken appliances. I highly recommend this office. We are on our second round of braces and everything has gone really well. I am sure the results will be beautiful.

My oldest has a fairly complicated case, we went to several offices for consults and Leland’s office had the best treatment plan and the lowest cost. Once in treatment, it’s been simply awesome, they are so sweet to the kids, have fun with them and make the process as easy as possible. My second kiddo is in treatment now, same employees, same awesome treatment and support. Everyone is really great at explaining the process to me and the boys.

I love Leland Orthodontics. I recently joined them and they have the most wonderful and friendly staff who assist you. Their building is well furnished and decorated. They have a TV that shows the different kinds of treatments they had for other patients and fun facts about every staff. They overall have a friendly environment and is obvious that they care not only about their patients but their staff as well.For my personal experience, they provided me with alternative treatments that other orthodontics didn’t offer for me. Here, I was able to keep my 4 teeth that other offices said I had to get removed to have more space in my mouth, so that was the most obvious reason I liked this office because they knew that removing my teeth wasn’t the only option (in my case). As of now I was able to finally get my braces on and the staff were able to provide me with good advice on what to prevent or what to do in certain situations. I would definitely recommend this orthodontist.

We love Leland Ortho. We have two kids that have been there (one currently in Invisalign). We loved the flexibility on type of braces, and we never felt rushed into a treatment plan. They also have a forgiving lost or broken retainer policy!

I took my son in for an evaluation regarding early expansion. Everyone was very friendly and thorough. The office was very clean and organized. We will be back when the timing is right and my son is ready for expansion due to overcrowding. I appreciate that the office focuses on functionality, which I feel is even more important than aesthetics.

Had braces 30 years ago, stopped using retainer like everyone else does 🙂 and my bite was now screwed up and some teeth moved. Fixed my bite misalignment, straightened the teeth. The clear tray braces option was so much more comfortable than my old wire braces were. Also easier to clean teeth. Appointments were on time. Highly recommended

Dr. Leland and his staff have been absolutely amazing so far! We started in January and they have been so patient with my kids. They are very responsive to answering questions, willing to work with you on payment plans, & have been fantastic in dealing with changes of insurance. As well as providing updated information along the way whether it be on insurance or treatment information. They also do their best at getting you in for a check if you feel something isn’t going right with the braces etc. Dr. Leland has been very informative on the best treatment plan but allows you to be involved in the process too.

Clean and very friendly office, caring individuals who put you first at every appointment. Our daughter is being seen for braces and has never had a bad experience. Payments plans is budget friendly and they accept insurance which is a huge plus. I don’t find bringing my child here a hassle but I look forward to bringing her here. Rescheduling is also not hard to do as they are very accommodating. Five out of five stars ✨

The entire staff has been great to work with. My daughter had her phase 1 braces put on last year and the timeframe was exactly as Dr. Leland projected. I also had my braces put on in anticipation of jaw surgery, and my son gets his Phase 2 put on this summer. They are very friendly and answer any and all questions you have, to ease any concerns or worries. My daughter and I both see the assistant Dani and she’s fantastic! I’d recommend Dr. Leland to anyone looking to start the orthodontic process.

We put all 3 of our boys through braces AND my husband! I can say from start to finish, Leland does an amazing job! He works with local dentists to see that teeth are cared for and as beautiful as they can be after treatment, too.
